Chips
Ingredients
chips
- vegetable oil
- 4x brushed potatos
seasoning
- salt
- morrocan seasoning
- mexican seasoning
- paprika
- onion powder/flakes
- ? chilli flakes
Method
- cut chips into 1cm strips
- heat oil to 180*C (roughly, doesn’t need to be exact - medium-high works) or until chip bubbles when dipped in for 10s
- cook chips for 3mins or until stiff
- cool chips for 10mins in the fridge
- cook chips for another 5mins or until golden brown
- season and serve
